Get the radius of a camera using ctapipe.

camera_name: str

Identifier for the camera.

frame: astropy.coordinates.baseframe.BaseCoordinateFrame

Coordinate frame in which to get the radius of the camera

ctamars: bool

If True return the hard-coded values from CTAMARS (default: False)

camera_radii: dict

Dictionary with camera names as keys and their radius as value
